Hey I'm Jen, and I don't like talking myself. I don't know what I'm doing with my life - I wanna help people - and a large part of me wants to believe I can change the world.
My life revolves around music, art, and the giants' schedule. Over the past year or so the wonder years have become a pretty big part of my life, but backseat goodbye and the years gone by will always be my first loves <3

The Patriots picked him up today, for a $545,000 one year contract, despite there being a strong chance he won’t be able to play again until 2013… fortunately the fact that its a one year contract means he’ll be back on the market come next off season, and the giants will have a chance to pick him back up, assuming our tightend issue hasn’t been figured out by then. who knows what’ll happen this season. I’d just like to point out to everyone that said he was shit that clearly, he can’t be complete shit of the pats were willing to pay half a million for him so sit on IR all season.
First score of the game was…..A SAFETY!!?!??!?!?

i can dig it.
I don’t care what your reasoning… cutting a guy the night before the superbowl can’t be good for karma… or for what i think of you. just stamp asshole on your forehead. i’m sorry but you did without the extra DE all season. giants offensive line must really intimidate you. i hope underwood refuses to resign with them next year. i would be pissed.
instead of football games their battles and the winner of the ‘final battle’ (superbowl) gets to marry the prettiest princess…. the quarterback is the leader of the army… tom brady is evil… & eli kills him.
A primer on the divisional round
Stat you need to know: In the last six post-seasons, seven teams with the number one seed have lost in the divisional round of the playoffs – a more detailed look at how all number one seeds have fared since 2005 can be seen by clicking on the infographic above courtesy of Geniusavant.
The divisional round is more prone for top seeds to fall than the conference championship round. In fact, using the past six playoffs as a reference, none of the one seeds lost in the conference championship game. The matter of getting there is another issue. There are some trends that we’ve learned:
Momentum matters, or not: The 2005 Indianapolis Colts finished 14-2, but didn’t play a single meaningful regular season game in the last half of the regular season. Their divisional round opponent was the Steelers, who were 7-5 and needed to win out to make the playoffs. The Colts were one and done.
However, in 2009, the Colts faced a similar situation. They rested starters instead of pursuing a perfect season but showed no rust in making it all the way to the Super Bowl. In the other conference, the Saints lost their last three regular season games; all they did in the playoffs was win the Super Bowl
Look beyond the team’s records: In 2008, the Tennessee Titans got the top seed with a 13-3 record. They were matched up against the Baltimore Ravens in the divisional round. But beyond the discrepancy in the team’s records, both teams had identical point differentials in the regular season (+141). Baltimore had the 2nd ranked defense, the Titans were 3rd. It was a much closer match-up than you’d think, and of course the Ravens pulled off the upset.
Strengths and weaknesses will come to the forefront: If your head coach is Marty Schottenheimer, it’s likely going to come back and hurt your team, like the 2006 San Diego Chargers found out. The strength of the 2006 Bears’ defense carried them to the Super Bowl, but the weakness of their quarterback position with Rex Grossman showed up in the championship game.
What this all means: Green Bay and New England look pretty formidable right now. But remember that both of their defenses were below average during the regular season. These weaknesses will come to the forefront. Is the strength of their quarterback and overall offense enough to offset that over three games? The one thing that these two teams can count on are championship experience at the quarterback and coaching position, which can be the difference in these playoff games. Just don’t be surprised if one or both of these teams don’t make it past this Sunday.
had a huge argument with my drunk of an uncle about how having the best record during the season doesn’t mean you’re going to win the super bowl. he insisted green bay is going to win the super bowl this year, i told him they won’t. that most of the time the #1 during the reg. season doesn’t win. he insisted he was right, i proposed a bet & he backed down. i don’t think he likes that i know football better than him. ya know cuz it’s so manly & i’m a teenage girl.
Creepy.
Yeahh, that’s a little weird.
WILFORK ISLAND
Guess who got another interception this week!?!??!!
